How to project the deformation of one finger to other 4?

So if you are working in Maya, than finger modelling is extremely simple, just do one finger, and than clone and attach it 4 times.

But in Zbr I do hi-res detailed finger once (it can take 10-20 min) and then I have to waste a lot of time just repeating what I’ve to the first finger to all other 4 fingers. It just incredibly annoying.

Is there any way to avoid remodelling of the same stuff again and again?

What you could do is clone the finger and append it as a SubTool. You’d then use TransPose to move and scale it to fit the next finger. You then select the main SubTool and use Tool>SubTool>Project All to copy the detail from the cloned finger.
