I’m newbie in cg specially on zbrush, I’ve got some problem here, related to making texture, displacement and normal map. after I finishing sculpting and painting poly, I jump to apply UV’s map with Zbrush UV master plug-in (as I refer to tut. video on zbrush class room uv master) this step is success. then I go to making texture map,displacement and normal. the problem here. when I make texture from polypaint,displ map and normal map. resolution of that map is very low pixel, in this case My model have 6 stage of subdivision geometry and 2 stage of HD, I make UVs res 2048. and the data on that hi res is not apply to the map. If I refer zb tut video play HD. it is just simple as I’ve done, only create new from polypaint or create displ map. the information of HD in Model automatically transfer to map(texture,displ and normal). but the fact I’ve faced here not like that. I try to resize my UVs from 2048 to max 8192. this little help and my pixel are getting detail. may be close to 6 stage of subdivision level. but not on HD level. and than I sill get problem coz the map are become very2 big (8192 pixel res.??) and very heavy on photoshop and 3d max to running that map.
so…How can I produce map 2048 with detil pixel as HD that I’ve produce on model…kindly please help me to solve this problem everyone
