How to move in world space axis???

Hi,

Is there a way to move in world space …like a standard manipulator in max in for example???
I always find moving things in zbrush so frustrating as it always seems to be in screen space…

yes, lots of ways.

1.You can turn off/on any axis inside the transform/modifier panel.
2.You can use the transpose line, start from your mesh and draw off the surface of your mesh. You’ll see a click point for each axis. You can find more information in the documentation.
3.You can use tool.deformations.offset

okay…you have to hold shift to constrain the movement to the axis…

There are two sets of sliders in the Geometry palette. Main one(above) seems to be coarser control while the one in the deformation palette seems finer to me. In lower pane it’s the offset slider :wink:
