How to mirror detail on another side?

I realized too late that some details have not been transferred properly on the other side of my mesh.

Is there any way that I can just mirror the detail already done on one side of the mesh to the other side?

Please take note that I’m using the HD geometry for these details and I do not wish to lose them.

Snap your mesh to the front view. Select the MaskRect brush and draw the rectangle mask over the good side of your mesh and so it is divided exactly down the middle (see diagram) then go to Deformation submenu and click ‘Smart ReSym’ button. Note that your mesh should be symmetrical to begin with.
