How to make Character Mouth (Need Help)

Hello. I am currently working on a Werewolf in Zbrush 4R2 and I am stuck on how to make his mouth. I want there to be visible teeth and I want to create a gap between the roof of his mouth and the bottom so that I can later animate it to allow it to open and close. I am fairly new to this software so ANY help would be great.

Do you have a picture we can look at? Maybe I or someone else can tell you where to go from there.
