Hi. I just downloaded Sub toolmaster. How do I load it into ZBrush?

All plugins have to be installed. Once they are installed they will be available each time you start ZBrush in one of the palettes (usually the ZPlugin palette but plugins vary so read the documentation). You can read about SubTool Master here:
