if i create/paint seams, i have problems to free-hand-paint with exactly the same distance to the border/edge of an object, like you see in the graphic. Did someone know any solution for it?

As far as I know there is no good solution for this. You could turn on lazy mouse so that you can keep your line a little steadier. I was going to suggest turning on curve mode so that you could go back and tweak the shape of your line after you draw it however I just tried it and curve mode did not seem to work properly with a stitch brush. I would like to know a good answer to your question also.

from the looks of what you want to do you want to use radial symetry with a rather high count.
transform.activate symmetry.x and r (might be y or z, but you need r)
This way you can draw 1 or 2 stitches and make a very small stroke (lazy mouse will help) the rest will be repeated radially around the object so they all have the same distance.
