how to fix black spots when polypainting

I suddenly got those black things when I was polypainting. I had 6 subd levels, painted some, dropped down to 5, painted more, went back to 6 and got those black things. When I drop down to 5 it’s okay. How I can fix it on higher subd level. I tried painting voer them but no luck.

First off, which version of ZBrush are you using?

Ok I fixed problem it was material I had to fill the object with new one on highest subd level and it’s okay now
