How to extract and only have the outside polygons

I am making clothing with ZBrush but was wondering if I could extract only the outside of the clothing. I am making clothing fine but the polygons inside the clothing are useless. What is the best way to delete them? Is it a way to extract without making the back facing polygons? please help.

The inside will have it’s own polygroup. Hide that polygroup then use “Del Hidden” in “Tool > Geometry > Modify Topology”. The edge will also have it’s own polygroup if you wish to delete that.
