how to draw over your zbrush viewport?

I have seen people in tutorials drawing over their 3d zbrush viewport with a red line, then switching back to normal zbrush mode. I see this as very useful when making tutorials. Does anyone know how this is done?

Thanks!

Some screen capture softwares, like Camtasia, has that feature built-in. I am using Ultimate Pen for Mac, since the Mac version of Camtasia hasn’t got this feature. Being able to draw on top of everything on your screen can also be very useful for yourself, just for making quick marks on your model while, for example sculpting, in ZBrush.

THanks thats what it is!! I thought it was zbrush but its a screen capture app. Thanks alot buddy!
