How to delete parts of a tool in zbrush?
The only way I know how to do it is to hide part of the mesh and then go to “Geometry -> Modify Topology ->Del Hidden”.
This will make a hole in your mesh but you can use the “Geometry -> Modify Topology -> Close Holes” command.
There may be other better ways but this is the only way I know.
