I have joined Zbrush but I don’t know how to create new things in zbrush, is anyone tell me how to create and upload new creations on zbrush.

There’s a ton of free info available for you. See my signature. I recommend starting with the video tutorials, then reading the online documentation.
Aurick gave you a good suggestion…follow the links he provided. I’ve found that I was able to learn alot just by simply reading the documentation -although that sounds boring, its extremely helpful.
Also, if you’ve never used Zbrush, you can start playing around immediately with simple shapes by clicking on “Simple Brush” and select one of the 3D objects like “sphere3d”, or “cube3d” and play around with the different objects, rotating and positioning them to familiarize yourself with the navigation, and menu system. Find an “Intro to Zbrush” tutorial and follow along.
