How to Close the Bottom part of Demohead.ztl

HI,
Am new to Zbrush, and i plan to use a sample from zbrush which is the Demohead.ztl file, and send to a 3D Printer seller to print out a sample. unfortunately he said they can’t use the model as the bottom needed to be closed. because i am still new in zbrush, can someone pls teach me how to patch/closed up the bottom of the demohead model.

thanks
Oreynn

Tool: Geometry: Close Holes

After following your steps, its says “This function cannot be applied to a mesh with multiple subdivisions”.

any idea?

thanks

You can clone the Demon Head then take the cloned model down to the lowest sub div, delete the high. Close holes. Then Project All from the Original Model onto the Cloned.

Go to the highest subdivision level, and use Tool: Geometry: Del Lower to delete any lower subdivision levels first. You wont be needing them when you’re sending the mesh to the printer.

I went with Cyrid’s method. Much thanks to WyattFox for the idea too.
Thanks Guys for the help. Appreciated!

Cheers
