How to attach a body to a head?

Hi, I made a head out of zspheres. Now that I am happy with it I would like to continue with the body but I did the zspheres just to the neck. How do I attach a body, preferebly using zspheres, since the head is not zspheres anymore, just polys? I want to have in the end just one mesh!

The approach for this would be to block out your body and then merge it together with the head in a single composite mesh. The two parts will not be welded together, but will instead simply intersect each other.

You can then use the retopology feature to create a brand new topology that is one single mesh. This feature can even project details onto it from your original mesh, so sculpting that you’ve done won’t be lost.
