I’d also like to assign what STRG does to the Comma key in the Numblock and Undo to “+” in the Numblock.
I managed to set brushes to the Numblock number keys, but now I dont know how to re-assign these other basic functions…
I just figured it to be handy having everything accessible in the num block with the left hand right next to the tablet.
Is it even possible?

It’s not possible. The functions for Ctrl, Shift and Alt are permanently bound at this time. Shift will always activate the currently-selected Smooth brush and that can’t be changed.
While you can’t do it inside of Zbrush, you can rebind your keys in your registry to achieve this result and have it based on a per application state. Key Tweak, or something similar would get you what you want.
