I am using Maya to model my terrain. Now I need to develop the textures for this terrain. I have created a planar UV in Maya (i.e. snapshotting the UV in the UV Editor). I’ve exported the terrain as an object ready for zBrush.
I have a 512x512 green texture which I want to be tiled all over my object. Then I want to polypaint the “brown mud” over the green texture, ultimately creating my new texture.
Having so much trouble with this :’((
