How to append tool with multiple subtools?

I’m trying to append a tool that has multiple subtools but its only bringing in one subtool of that tool. what am I doing wrong?

Use the SubTool Master > Multi Append function. (You will need to select the ZTL from disk.) Appending using the Tool>SubTool>Append button will only append the selected subtool.
