How to add rinkles from an image?

I have watched a tutorial before (I lost the tutorial) that shows me how to use a texture image to inflat globally onto a face. As I remember is that he uses deformation pallet to extract the rinkles from the texture that he has mapped onto the model.

Does anyone have ever seen that video tutorial? Can anyone link me that or simply tell me how to do that.

He probably applied the image as a mask then used inflate to bring out the unmasked areas.
