how to achieve better realism for this face?

How can I make this more realistic, the I used spotlight to try and paint the details like the pours straight from the image but it keeps on deforming the overal shape. Also when I do polypaint even at 6mil the texture looks blurred I guess. Any tips on how to make this better and more realistic… I am using the skin shader material for the overall head and for the eyes im using that toy shader.

I just do not know the best way to paint realstic skin, is it more in the details of the sculpt, like pores, or is it the brushes I use to paint, I tried using spot light and just applying the ref image onto my model but it looked blurred…in the newest image I just colored picked my photo and painted onto the model.sofarupdatedd.jpg
