How long does it take to recieve the Zbrush 3.0 link? I did the preregistration days in advanced. I understand there are thousands of people who need there upgrades, but its now 5 days past and I’m starting to wonder if something went wrong with my prereg. It did say I was approved.
I wonder if any Mac ZB2 owners have received their pc ZB3 versions.

I had mine pretty much the day it was available. However… Bloomfield, NJ is much closer to CA than Hoboken,NJ… You might have to wait a bit longer.

How long does it take support to respond? I emailed them Sunday night, so they should have got it Monday. I still haven’t recieved my upgrade. Wonder if this is a MAC to PC issue.
Anyboby else still missing their upgrade link?

Nope, I have a Mac license but I got my upgrade late Friday. With this many upgrade at the same time a few are bound to go wrong though I appreciate that isn’t much comfort to you. I suggest you try the upgrade support forum here.
