I’m not sure what the exact term is for this is in ZBrush, but it seems to work like the Active Degradation 3DSMax. Basicly when I rotate a highly subdivided mesh, it drops to a lower res, and then displays it high res again when I stop rotating. It’s kind of annoying, and since I’m working on a quad core my comp should handle it fine without it doing that.
I seem to remember a shortcut to turn it off, but I haven’t used Zbrush in a while and can’t remember what it is.
