I have a head model with two eye holes, i want to close one of the holes, is there a way to fuse the upper and lower eyelids together to fill the hole? Is there another way that is easier?

You can try retopologizing your mesh. Click zsphere on your tools menu, then under rigging, hit the select mesh button and find and select your mesh with the eye you want to close. Start clicking points to rebuild the basic points of your mesh. At the eye you want to close, you can sew the eye shut. Hit ‘A’ to preview what your mesh will look like when done. When your retopology is all done, you can hit Tools>Adaptive Skin>Make Adaptive Skin to finish. You can use Tools>Projection to copy any sculpts you’ve already done from your base mesh to your new mesh

Other than that, you’d have to export the obj and join the mesh in Maya or Max I think then reimport your model.
