How do I make facial wrinkles

I am having a lot of trouble making facial wrinkles. I have searched the forums and they all say “use projection master” or “use rake tool” or something like that. Simply saying what to do without showing how to use it does not help. Can someone please show me how to make facial wrinkles or give me link to tutorial for it. I would greatly appreciate this.
