Hi I am new to the zmodeler tool, I am a long time Maya user I’ve watched a few tutorials but I just can’t figure out how to select multiple edges and be able to move them, is it possible to move multiple edges at once??

There is no possibility to move multiple edges (and points). You can only select needed edges with Mask lasso (Ctrl, Alt+Ctrl) and move (W). In general it’s not often necessary in work.
Also there is Slide (edgeloop) in Edge actions.
Oh, I was wrong, we can select desired edges with Mask tool and invert mask (Ctrl+LMB on background) and then apply Transpose.
