I took displacemap. but it’s just work in Zbrush, didn’t work in max9 as bumpmap.

you can use the bumpmaterial viewer from Z2

1 Create new mid-grey texture.
2 Load material BumpViewerMaterial.zmt (not included in Z3)
3 Paint in MRGB (e.g. white for raised areas, black for depressions)
4 Export texture for use in Max (Could be used in bump or dispacement slot)
you can just creat A dmap with the mode button off i think. worked for me once.
