Preferably the one that appear when I hold CTRL and hover over GUI controls or just all tooltips.
As it is now, most of the time I need to move my tools away from viewport to read displayed text.
Preferences > Icolors > ‘Quick Info Opacity’ slider. Don’t forget to Store Config (Ctrl+Shift+I) when done.
