How can I change the Ctrl info transparent background to solid black in preferences ?

When I hold down Ctrl and hover over something it gives me more info ,very helpful.

the Ctrl info background is transparent.

How can I change the Ctrl info transparent background to solid black in preferences ?

Change Preferences-Icolors-Popup Opacity

Change Preferences>Icolors>Quick Info Opacity slider to 100.
