…and I mean that as a compliment of the highest order! It mixes biological and mechanical elements, as many pieces do these days, but in a different form of mixing. The mechanical structure looks very non-streamlined – like an air-conditioner or some other device not meant to move…and from some unusual technical period, like the 1970’s. The biological elements are similarly unexpected, almost collage from several animals. Finally the wheel ‘hubcaps’ are in a different style altogether, like some ceiling plates from the 19th Century, with floral reliefs stamped in them. It is an impressive group of aesthetic inputs, which could spin out of control, but somehow, I don’t know how, you have managed to reign it in to something that really works together. I will look at this piece again a few times, it bears extensive contemplation…GOOD WORK!!!

cool work my friend, i didn’t know this artist…just a very small critic: it seems that the light on the eye at left (or right) is wrong…maybe it is cause by a different rotation of the ocular bulb (?) or i don’t know maybe i’m wrong too
