Hole in Mesh Issue

I have recently modeled a full body set of armor in zbrush. From there i retopoligized it in topogun and brought it back into zbrush as a new obj to append with the high res model. The problem is that when I divide the new lowpoly model to put some more geometry on it, a couple small holes are creted within the model in the crotchal region. I have tried subdiving the area in topogun and that didn’t really work. The interesting thing though, is that i brought it over into Maya to easily just fill the hole, well in maya there are no holes in it and it looks intact, like it does in topogun as well. I tried to just delete some faces and rebuild them but that didnt work either. Is there a fast way to go about fixing this problem so I can finally start texturing it? I really don’t want to retopologize it. Additionally, my final goal is to use it in a animated video made in maya. So if maya isn’t showing the hole could I just proceeed in zbrush with it there and not worry since maya doesnt show it? any thoughts would be great and a lot of help, this problem has been driving me crazy. Sorry if this didn’t make a ton of sense or is really confusing. I’m going to add some pictures later of the problem if it hasnt been fixed, I’m at work right now so i cant do it.

EDIT: The miracle happened and i somehow fixed it, woooooooooo

these are problems I have encountered with similar workflow. GRAB the edges and points in maya and move them around , will help find, problem.DJ
