Ok see image choose slice curve tool,make your shape and that will give it its own polygroup,then delete the group you dont want hope it helps

Anther thing to try is the Smooth Groups brush. Rub it along the border of the two groups and it will give a nice fine edge when you delete the unwanted group.

sorry if I bother you again. I dont find the Smooth Groups brush that you mention. Could you tell me where is on the zbrush
interface ? Is it really a Brush?
