HighPoly to LowPoly texture question

Hey guys, don’t know what I’m doing lol. I’ve made a 80,000 poly model and did a retopology of it as a low poly. Can someone tell me how I can take my high poly model texture and add it to the low poly model?

I’m no pro on this either but i’d suggest the following procedure:
If you have polypainted your high poly mesh, you can subdivide your retopo mesh and use project all to get the polypaint on the retopo. After that use UVmaster to get a nice UV and create a texture from poly paint.

If you already have a texture on your high poly you would need to make polypaint from texture first.

Neat! I’ll give that a go. Sorry for the confusion, what I meant was how may I transfer my high poly details onto a texture that can later be slapped onto a low poly model.
