Does anyone know of a good way to do a frost surface like the attached image?
I though maybe I’d be able to get something with the surface noise, but I’m not getting the specific look.
Ultimately I don’t even need it to be as elaborate as the image - if I could get that frost look on a flat plane I’d be happy.
