Hi! guys! need help! on getting started with zbrush!

Hi! I need a mentor or a master to follow. I need somebody to help me guide me through zbrush! I want to learn zbrush and its tutorials. hope somebody can help me! or just give me tutorials and I will do the rest. vids or pdf first gonna do some introductions for zbrush, so that I could learn all the tools and sculpting! thanks!
