Whenever I merge down certain subtools everything disappears and I cant seem to get it back???

Are these tools imported from another program or generated within Zbrush?
You’ve cropped off your screen grab which may have had more clues to go on. Is it ZB4 R6 P2? Save a backup of the file and try to merge them all?
