newby here i cannot get my images to up load must be doing somethig stupid, all i get is cannot conect to server in up load window

thanks for your quick reply but havent solved prob i get as far as no 3 then i just get a blank web page in the upload window.
file size is only 133k
what browser are you using?
I put an avi file to download in my website there you can see the overall process to upload images or txt files or zip files to ZBC forum.
In the download page is the zip file.
