help with - Remesh All
Looking for a more clear steps on “adding and Subtracting 3D shapes”
Here are a few things I could not get to work:

:b4: Primitives would not work with Transpose
:b4: Primitives converted to PolyMesh3d worked with Transpose, but would not Add Or subtrat from the RemeshAll

:qu: do all subtools need to be 512 / polish 1 or just the first tool?

http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Joseph_Drust
"To start, pull in a standard Cube3D primitive and turn it into a Polymesh. Once the Cube is a Polymesh start appending other simple3D objects to generate subtraction and addition elements to the starting Cube. (Using Transpose to move the objects into place.) "

primitives are their own kind of geometry, you will either need to use the deformation palette of the normal move/scale modes, and masking, they are mostly just a way to get something to start from.
when using the remesh Boolean features you need to select the topmost tool, hierarchy is important, also you may be running into problems if the symmetry is turned on in the remesh button.
the subtool remesh resolution can really be anything but a mid value of 512 is a pretty good starting point to retain more detail, a lower polish number will retain your original shapes more, its like smoothing so a higher value will smooth out your shapes a lot.

also, love the Willow quote, i used to have a .mp3 of her saying that as one of my windows alerts;)

Thank you!
One thing I was overlooking was the Boolean Icons! that made a difference!
