Help with reducing poly count as well as other basics

I have a very specific project I am working on and I am new to zbrush.
I figured out how to make a feather model in zbrush from a photo and even how to colour it.
The technique used means that my lower poly subdvisions are lost.

I need a way to reduce the polys to export for 3DS Max, and I also need to know basics like creating the norms map and the UV map for 3DS max to bake that model later.

Any links will be appreciated.
