Hey, guys. This is my very first post after lurking here for about 3 months. I’m currently working on a low poly model which has a healthy amount of chain-mail in it.
I’ve found the alpha for it, and I’ve tried various methods to apply it to the mesh. But I’ve met with problems, mostly inconsistency with the chain lining as shown below. It was done using Wrap Mode with Layer brush via DragRect. The alpha is 512x512 and tileable.
Is there a way to solve this? Or is there a better way to do it?
