help whit exporting

hi i got some problems with exporting from zbrush to keyshot.
the first problem is when i got a head i export it as a obj and the eyes asswell.
but when i import them into keyshot the eyes change from shape and are way to big for the head.

the second is when i export the uvmaps true multi map exporter and i import it into keyshot it is not fitting the head. i got black collor asswel and the uv isnt right.

anyone knows what i do wrong?

your texture maps need to be flipped vertically most likely.

check your tool.export (at the bottom) settings and make sure all of your meshes have the same settings, otherwise your meshes will be exported at different SRTs.

when exporting the multi maps flip vert is on, i now tried to uncheck it and its still the same.
look at image.

also i checked at eport properties and on both meshes its the same.
any idea what it is then?

Try the Importexport settings under Preferences instead of the export on the Tool.

Under
Preferences->Importexport->Import
Preferences->Importexport->Export

It will show settings like iFlipX, iFlipY, iSwitchYZ, etc. on import and eFlipX, eFlipZ, eFlipMapVert, etc. on export.

thnx i will try that, but is it the same for uv? multimap exporter.
or do you know something that i can use to export the uv’s?
