Help please,

Hi Guys, I am a little news to ZBrush, i have sculpted a female. Constructed the UVs in 3DS Max. While Exporting the Displacement maps and or normal, AO, anything really… I am getting Faceted Maps. Smooth UV’s all over is turned on. Any idea? Below images you can kinda see the problem i am running into.

Hi Victor, check your basemesh UVs in Max, if you have all green edges in UV editor, your UVs are all disconected, it could happen if you copy uvs from a copy of the model or other stuff, it is kind of a bug i guess, it happens when you export it sometimes, but coping an pasting uvw in stack can couse that. You have to weld all the vertex again or reopen your UVs… that´s what i did, i know pain in the ass, but it was the only road i could find to fix it…

Thank you. I have tried the welding UV’s almost several times and at different threshold, the problem seems to have fixed itself partially. I am still having similar issue. is there a way to import in the highest level and also the lowest level and create a map using just those? I am running into the same issue with XNormal also… Pulling my hair out (Hehe).
