Help please help with UV arrangement and or Projectall

OK so essentially here is my problem. I created a character in MAx. unwrapped and imported into zbrush. I sculpted and painted on my model. But after texturingI realized I was an idiot. and left my characters face to small in the UV template. My spacing was just bad in general. So I rearranged the size of her body parts in the UV layout and saved.

Now I dont want to Rescultp and re paint! I just want Zbrush to use the new UV spacing.
Nothign was added and vert count the same and everything. Just the size and placing is all tha changed. is there a way around this?

I tried “projectall” but project all has not been perfected yet. I have already wasted HOURS upon HOURS trying to get a perfect project all but I keep getting what everyone else gets. and thats stray plys and stuff shooting out of certain areas stray poly.jpg

as you can see for some reason its causing this sink in under her breast. But hwen in zbrush it looks fine!

So simply out. All i want to do is some how place all my old zbrush information over my new (yet very similar) UV information whithout the sculpt blowing itself up in tiny areas.
