Help my view is obstructed.

Ok so im fairly new to the software and im trying to modell a trex. while lscrolliing and rotating my modell i clicked something on my keyboar and this changed the view in zbrush and i dont know how to clear this. its kinda hard to explain so i made a screenshot. i hope you guys can help me

Difficult to tell from the screenshot but could be a couple of things:

• You have done a screenshot or dropped to the 2.5 canvas returned. Solution is ctrl+n
• You have done a 2d zoom out. Solution is use the buttom document>actual (it has magnifier lens X1)
