THanks fluxist8070 for the reply, i have done what you said and it is still giving me the same problem, the color map texture still looks stretched and distorted in the low res model 
Like i said in the description in the image snapshot, i don’t think it’s the UV problem because the normal map texture looks fine, the circle details still looks round and not stretched like in the color map. So if it’s the uv that is causing the problem, the normal map texture would look messed up like the color texture which is not the case here…
this problem is killing me, i spent like days on it and still couldn’t figure out what is causing it, do you think it might be the subdivide modifier that is causing this problem?? I subdivided the mesh using the smooth function, should i leave it off instead???
