Help! Move tool only gives me 3 Circles?

Hi there i relatively new to Zbrush, I was watching the Gnomon DVD where that nice man on the DVD was using the Move brush (as oppsed to the Draw brush) as to move individual parts of his base mesh.
However when I click on the move brush I get 3 circles, how do I get the one where I can be more specific with geometery changes?

In ZBrush 3 you need to use Brush>Move. Not Transform>Move (which is now part of TransPose)
