Help I need to make a brick wall with graffiti- Fast!

Hello All,

I’m an extreme ZB2 newbie so pleas bear with me. Waht I would like to do is create a textured brick wall and position it at an angle. Then i would like to take a ps file and overlay it (graffiti) on the brick wall. Plus it would be great if this looked photo real. Any and all advice, links, tips, qould be much appreciated. Thanks!

You could use a stencil and an alpha do do the brick texture easily enough (plus a texture of course). Or you could do the entire thing with a texture, and then add some noise to it with the noise slider on the curve of the standard drawing tool.

As to photoreal. I’m sure it’s possible, but that’s a much taller order.

Good luck

I think you can do anything with this app! May not be what you are looking for but this took literally 5 min.

Simple pl3d…add a tilable texture in PM…send it to your favorite paint app from PM and there you are.

the eseast way:
ProjetionMaster and ZAPPlinkPlugin. Then place the graffiti in Photoshop.

Why would you need projection master to paint a texture for a flat surface?

Bill…the beauty, as you know about Z is, …a gazillion ways to do anything.

I used PM and Applink to make the wall and leave it as a tool. Pixoldood mentioned turning it or positioning it on an angle.
If it were just being dropped to canvas, I would have done it only with alphas and stencils.

You are so right. I initially picked up zbrush for modelling, but I have used it more for 2d-ish sort of work than anything else.
