You probably haven’t gotten any answers yet because in Zbrush there is no one “right” way to do that or anything for that matter. If you’re new to Zbrush you should be watching tutorials or reading some of the many hundreds of books on character development in Zbrush. Asking a very broad question with thousands of different answers won’t get you very far if you’re accepting jobs to do something without the vaguest clue how you’re going to accomplish the end result.
