I just received my Update from 2.0 to 3.12 for Mac today! YES!
In version 2.0 there were a lot of help-topics integratede. Unfortunately the really same is to find under the help-button in version 3.12
Were can I find some help for the new features? (For example the new »move«-function with the three circles puzzles me complete)

…but it wouldn´t be a bad idea to have an installer with the offline help files, like windows version.
Maybe is there a way to copy/paste those help files from windows to mac manually?
Yes, this would be a fine idea. I found the »Help« function in version 2 very helpful, as I am a bloody beginner…
