Help finding XYZ Script

Hi,

I’ve been using ZB for two months now. And I can’t still get my head through the fact you cannot see the axis represented on the screen so you know for example in which direction you are orientating a sphere.

I made a search on the forums and people talk about a script called XYZ Script that allows you to see the axis on the document.

I tried a search by “XYZ Script”. But the search system on the forums always reply with:

“The following words are either too short (less than 5 characters), or too long and were not included in your search: XYZ”

So has been impossible to find it.

Anyone has a direct link to the download of this script?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Best regards,
David

The script you are probably thinking of is called “XYZAdjust” which is used to modify ZSpheres’ face count on each axis… it doesn’t show the object’s actual axis.

Instead, you could just memorize the colors on the (transform mode) gyro controller: the axes colors are coded in red, green and blue, and the xy, yz and xz intersections are color coded in yellow, magenta and cyan.

That combined with Shiftkey+rotate to snap model to nearest 90 degree axis is really all you need.
