Help creating pattern, Spidey suit style.

Hi anyone, I am quite new to ZB and this is my first attempt of creating something kind of “final”, but of course i am having some issues (beyond sculpting hands :))

I am trying to give a hex-pattern to my astronaut´s suit, but using the noise-plug doesn´t seem to work, since it stretches de hexagons in certain areas. The final result I would like to achieve is similar to the spidey-suit:

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

I would unwrap the mesh in a way that the seams would be hidden by other costume elements, or placed naturally where most fabric seams tend to be found. UVMaster should help create fast UVs with consistent spacing. After that, have Noisemaker set to use UVs instead of the 3d wrapping (which tends to create that kind of stretching along the sides)

Thanks, both JaimeDC and Cryrid for responses. Will likely try both solutions when I get a chance and see how it goes.
