Help a noob

Hey everyone. I got ZBrush yesterday, and it’s the only 3D program that I own, so I’m not very familiar with the terminology.
Anyway, here’s my problem. I sculpted this head and neck from a sphere, with the intention of eventaully giving the guy a body. Of course, it’s only now that I realise that I probably should have started off with the whole frame of his body, but anyway, here’s what I’m dealing with.

As you can see, things are starting to look very stretched out around his neck. basically, I want to know how I can add in the rest of his body, or have I completely doomed myself?

anyway, go to the zclassroom and look at the tutorials on how to use zSpheres as well as subtools. You can use those to make the rest of the body and then later attach the two meshes using retopology and projections.
